Like we talked about yesterday, I just wanted to say thank you for all of your help in my first-time home buying experience. I could not have asked for a more responsive, helpful, experienced and knowledgeable agent – I feel very lucky and grateful that I was introduced to you and that we could work together.
You were always easily accessible to plan viewings with, you offered great insight, you were helpful every step of the way – up to and including signing the papers, and you never once tried to convince me to see a property that was not a place that I would have wanted to see on my own or that I was not interested in. I was impressed by your willingness to work with me despite the fact that I was working with an agency with which you were completely unfamiliar, one that helps home buyers within a certain income bracket, and that you took the ball and ran with it in educating yourself about the agency and participating in my interaction with them.
What amazed me most, though, was the fact that whenever I received some information that I had questions on or that seemed problematic, when I voiced my questions or thoughts to you it seemed like you were intuitively already aware of my concerns and what needed to be clarified or corrected and already working on it.
You gave me great piece of mind, and I would recommend you to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent and would be happy to speak to anyone wanting a reference for your services. I seriously doubt that anyone could find someone better than you to work with.
