I have NEVER been one to keep my opinions to myself. I promise to always be candid, honest and straightforward. I want ours to be a relationship built on friendship and trust. I do not believe in high pressure and will not ever push you into making a decision before you are ready. I work hard at minimizing the chaos in your life and the stress of the deal while guiding you through the process of buying and selling your home in as painless a fashion as possible. It is not just my job, it is my joy.

As an extra bonus, I bring 20 years of personal experience in renovating homes and have made the study of architecture and architectural styles a favorite avocation. It is clearly our pleasure to assist you in every way possible. We are all about relationships, sharing and turning a stressful process into something fun and supportive. We provide an extensive knowledge of neighborhoods and pricing which we think will prove invaluable in finding and negotiating your new home. We love to educate you on home styles, on construction methods, on remodeling possibilities with an eye towards resale value. We will clearly and concisely review all forms with you for the purchase and sale agreement and make you an active participant in your purchase. We will be there for you throughout the inspection process. We can help you with mortgage pre-approvals and financing, home inspection services, architectural advice and any other assistance as necessary. We are happy to assist you with referrals to a wide range of reputable and reliable contractors once you’ve purchased your new home and never abandon you. With over thirteen years of experience, I have seen all sides of the real estate market, survived and thrived by never giving up. I bring to bear that tenure & tenacity to be a well-rounded advocate for you. I began my learning with a degree in Marketing and Communications. After college, I spent the first nineteen years of my career developing lifelong lessons and skills in the corporate world with Pepsi-Cola.
