Instead, he provides unlimited support that allows his clients to make the right decisions at the appropriate times. Hal works hard to minimize the chaos and stress that real estate transactions often come with while guiding each client through the process of buying or selling their home in as painless a fashion as possible. It is not just his job; it is his joy.

Hal has many years of field experience, hard-earned knowledge, and a deep-rooted understanding of neighborhood pricing for buying and selling.

 

As a bonus, Hal brings 20 years of personal experience in renovating homes to every transaction. He has made the study of architecture and architectural styles his favorite avocation, and he loves to share his knowledge of homes. He discusses the architectural style, history, and perks of respective homes with clients to help them realize their potential beyond the existing décor, furnishings, and colors.

 

Hal has all the tools that a client needs for a successful transaction. He has received his Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation, Seller Representative Specialist (SPS) designation, and Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) certification. Hal has received the Seattle Magazine five-star professional award almost every year since it was first awarded to him.
