Certified in home staging, accredited in both seller and buyer representation, and in working with seniors, The Hal and Jeff Homes team provides years of experience and specialized training. In addition, Jeff brings his native Seattle roots, love of the Pacific Northwest, and an incredible can-do attitude to every transaction; Hal has been renovating homes for 37 years and has a wealth of first-hand experience, and stories to share.

In 2019 we began our working relationship with Compass Washington as our real estate home. Compass offers incredible programs to both buyers and sellers. We would love to talk with you about our Concierge Program which provides interest-free loans, based on the equity in your home, to take care of preparing your property for this competitive market. We have many contractors that can work with the Concierge Program to complete simple landscaping projects, painting, repairs or even major portions of a renovation – and again, interest-free and collected at the time of sale. Compass also offers bridge loans to allow you to purchase your new home before you sell to take the fear out of being without a home after Hal and Jeff make quick and painless work of selling your most valued investment.
