Discover Which Seattle Community You Should Call Home.

Seattle is a wonderful city with beautiful neighborhoods that attract many, so it can be hard to choose the perfect place for you and your family. From Queen Anne to Kirkland, this will give you a look into each community’s character.

Queen Anne

Queen Anne is a gorgeous neighborhood known for its charm and stunning views. If you visit Kerry Park, you’ll be able to get an unbelievable view of Mount Rainier and Downtown Seattle. Another great thing about Queen Anne is how community-oriented its residents are. If you’re looking for a close-knit environment, this may be the perfect place to put down roots.

Downtown Seattle

If you’re looking for fast-paced city living, Downtown Seattle is the place to be. Here, you’ll find amazing nightlife and events, as well as great shopping and restaurants. This area is constantly growing and evolving. For example, there is a new space being created called Pier 62, which will host concerts, feature art, and have an amazing view of the whole city.

Woodinville

This neighborhood attracts many with its wineries, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, and more. It is known for its relaxing feel, all while being only 30 minutes outside of Downtown Seattle, which makes it perfect for commuting. Woodinville is also great for families, as it is home to top-rated schools.

Magnolia

This community has a lovely suburban feel, but it is not too far from the city. You can get the best of both worlds here, as it is a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Downtown for commuting or events. Magnolia is known for its picturesque views of the water, fishing, and seafood. It is home to the West Point Lighthouse, beaches, and a park where you can find lots of trails for walking and running.

Kirkland

Though it has a suburban feel, Kirkland is known for its many top-notch companies, such as Google, IBM, and more. Besides its excellent economy, it is a beach town known for its gorgeous waterfront parks. Kirkland also has great wineries, bars, and shopping. In addition, it is also convenient for travel or commuting, as Downtown Seattle is only 30 minutes away!
