Welcome to Eastside
Bustling communities with an urban and suburban dynamic – Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish, and IssaquahThe Eastside is a gorgeous collective of Seattle suburbs located on the east side of Lake Washington. The diverse communities across the bridge are thriving and growing, with an exciting array of places to eat, shop, and play. You’ll find that the area is both suburban and urban, with lots of green spaces to get active outdoors, vibrant storefronts, and city outings by day and night. Redmond is home to the
Microsoft Headquarters, and the Eastside as a whole can expect over 40,000 jobs to be added over the next decade — many of them due to
Amazon’s expansion. The homes are beautiful and vary in style, from Victorian to farmhouse to classic.
